About Us

Heather Lough began her career in the hospitality industry in New York City nearly two decades ago. Inspired by the food, culture, people and experiences, she acquired a passion and love for helping others feel as though they were “living like a local”. Heather also boasts vast experience in the luxury hospitality market having trained and worked with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Rosewood Hotels.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys exploring the Big Island — both by land and by sea. She enjoys traveling, hiking, drinking wine with friends and spending time at the beach with her dog Lexi.

Sheila Knost has over 20 years experience in the hospitality and service industry. She has led and managed large teams with ease, thanks to her attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to connect with people so easily. She loves helping people plan special events, making her the perfect concierge specialist for Hawaii Luxe. Our guests rave and gush about how amazing Sheila is and the adventures she plans for them. 

In her spare time, you can find her watching NFL football, drinking wine, spending time with her husband and beautiful daughter, and snuggling with her dog, Brady.
